2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Strato AG (Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany). When the site is accessed, the host automatically processes server log data (IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser type). Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing the website securely).

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, phone or via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, message) solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent.

4. External services

• Google Fonts: This site loads fonts from Google servers. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
• Google Analytics: only with your consent, see section 5.
• External scripts (CDN): Technical libraries are loaded via CDN services; in the process, your IP address is transmitted to the respective CDN operator.

5. Cookies & statistics (Google Analytics)

Without your consent, this website sets no cookies for analytics purposes and transmits no data to Google Analytics. We ask you on your first visit via a cookie notice. We store your choice locally in your browser (localStorage, entry “dwc-consent-v1”, duration 180 days). This storage is technically necessary to remember your decision (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from the provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Cookies (_ga and _ga_…, duration up to 2 years) are set and usage data is transmitted to Google in pseudonymised form, for example pages viewed, time on site, device, browser and approximate location based on a truncated IP address. Google Signals and personalised advertising are deactivated. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). We evaluate the data solely to improve the website.

Withdrawal: You can withdraw or give your consent at any time with effect for the future: Open cookie settings. If you decline or withdraw, we delete the Google Analytics cookies already set.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21).
